1. Eligibility for Returns We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • The product has the original tags and packaging intact.
  • You can request a replacement within 24 hours of product delivery. Return will be processed within 2-4 days.You have the original order confirmation or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate items for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or personalized products that were specifically made for you.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at business@apzire.in with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Processing Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and the processing time may take 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

5. Exchange Policy The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories.Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will initiate the replacement process. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as per refund policy. Replacement or exchanges will be “delivered” within 7-10 working days.

6. Damaged or Defective Products If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
